Natalie Knight is a Texas State Licensed Acupuncturist and herbalist who graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego in 2010, where she received a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She also completed the International TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) internship program in Chengdu, China in 2008, where she trained at an integrative hospital and completed rounds in various departments including, cardiology, gastrointestinal, diabetes, respiratory disorders and herbal pharmacies.
Her interest in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture began after successfully treating a severe leg injury and resolving food sensitivities that were causing chronic eczema and stress. She was amazed at the results from the acupuncture and herbal treatments and was inspired to begin a career in this alternative field.
She graduated from The University of Santa Cruz in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in History of Arts and Visual Culture.
Natalie believes in an integrative and individual approach in treating each patient and utilizes the power of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual components of each person and how these influence overall health and well being. She emphasizes educating patients on the importance of a healthy diet and proper nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices in order to treat and prevent disease and maintain wellness in all areas. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, yoga, gardening, painting and making jewelry.
